一、课程介绍(含教学目标、教学要求等)(300字以内)
本课程包括科技论文写作、科技专利写作以及学位论文写作三个方面,旨在培养学生规范而有效的科技写作能力,达到交流学术思想和传播科研成果的目的。通过本门课程的学习,将使学生能够运用准确、鲜明、简练、生动的语言撰写出高质量的科技论文、发明专利以及学位论文。通过教学,使学生掌握一些关于文献检索以及科技写作方面的基本知识,为学生检索国内外科技资料、撰写论文和专利以及进行国内外学术交流奠定坚实的基础。本课程作为一门培养自学能力、提高研究素质的科学方法或工具课,基本独立于其他课程,但为了更深入地理解和掌握这门课程,需要掌握通信方面的专业基础知识、具备一定的公共英语水平,同时还应具备一定的计算机应用水平。

第1章:科技写作概述(2学时)
出色的文章应具有的特点,如何进行科技论文写作,论文投稿,常见名词解释(SCI,EI等),研究生在写作中常犯的错误以及如何避免,如何进行文献检索等
第2章:科技论文写作(6学时)
如何写一篇科技论文,论文的内容,写作前的准备,具体写作要求:标题、摘要、引言、正文、结论、参考文献等,论文写作中常出现的语法问题,句子的连接和信息的传承,中式英文,写作的一些窍门,避免剽窃、篡改以及一稿多投等学术不端行为等
第3章:用LateX进行论文排版(2学时)
LateX介绍,LateX的优点,文本、数学公式、表格、图片、算法、参考文献等的排版
第4章:科技专利写作(2学时)
专利的基本知识,专利的检索,专利的申请与授予流程,专利的撰写
第5章:学位论文写作(4学时)
论文整体构思,设计一篇结构严谨的论文(宏观结构),组织章节(微观结构),条理分明的写作,打造论文和管理写作过程,最后阶段:完成学位论文

蒋雁翔:男,博士,IEEE高级会员,东南大学移动通信国家重点实验室副教授,“东南大学优秀本科/硕士毕业生”指导教师,“江苏省优秀本科毕业设计”(1%入选比例)指导教师,“中兴通讯公司级优秀毕业生”(1‰入选比例)指导教师,“孙庆云创新奖教金”一等奖获奖教师,金沙js800000优秀共产党员。(详情)
2014年通过全国选拔获国家公派访问学者留学基金奖励资助赴美国马里兰大学帕克分校访学一年。近期主要研究方向包括:B5G/6G移动通信理论与关键技术、移动边缘智能理论与关键技术、机器学习与深度学习在移动通信中的应用、大规模天线传输技术等。
已主持/参与国家科技重大专项、国家973计划、国家863计划、国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、英国EPSRC研究基金、芬兰TEKES技术与创新基金等各类型课题近20项。作为课题执行负责人完成国家973计划重大项目“超蜂窝网络协作机制与资源优化方法”,结题获评优秀。
在IEEE Transactions on Communications、IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications、IEEE Transactions onVehicular Technology、IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing等通信领域权威期刊和ICC、GLOBECOM等国际主流会议上已发表SCI/EI学术论文、已申请/授权国际国内发明专利等100多篇/项,已有多篇论文陆续入选“表现不俗论文”、“ESI前1%高被引论文(ESI Highly Cited Paper)”,研究成果获国内外同行广泛引用与评价。

Course Introduction (including teaching goals and requirements) within 300 words:
This course includes three aspects: scientific paper writing, scientific patent writing and academic thesis writing. It aims to cultivate students' standard and effective scientific writing ability, and achieve the purpose of exchanging academic ideas and disseminating scientific research achievements. Through the study of this course, students will be able to use accurate, bright, concise and vivid language to write high-quality scientific papers, invention patents and academic dissertations. Through teaching, students will master some basic knowledge of literature retrieval and scientific writing, and lay a solid foundation for students to retrieve domestic and foreign scientific and technological materials, write papers and patents, and conduct academic exchanges at home and abroad. As a scientific method or tool course to cultivate self-study ability and improve research quality, this course is basically independent from other courses, but in order to further understand and master this course, it is necessary to master basic professional knowledge of communications.

Chapter 1: overview of scientific writing (2 credit hours)
The characteristics that excellent article should have, how to write scientific and technical papers, paper submission, common noun interpretation (SCI,EI, etc.), the common writing mistakes that graduate students often make, how to carry out literature retrieval, etc.
Chapter 2: scientific paper writing (6 credit hours)
How to write a scientific paper, the content of the paper, the preparation before writing, specific writing requirements: title, abstract, introduction, body, conclusion, references, grammar problems that often occur in thesis writing, sentence connection and transmission of information, Chinese style English, some writing tips, how to avoid plagiarism, tampering, and multiple submissions, etc.
Chapter 3: paper typesetting with LateX (2 credit hours)
Introduction to LateX, advantages of Latex, typesetting of text, mathematical formulas, tables, pictures, algorithms and references.
Chapter 4: scientific patent writing (2 credit hours)
Basic knowledge of patent, patent searching, patent application and grant process, patent writing
Chapter 5: dissertation writing (4 credit hours)
Overall design of the thesis, design a paper with a rigorous structure (macro structure), organize chapters (micro structure), organize clear writing, create the thesis and manage the writing process, and the final stage: complete the dissertation
