四、主讲教师简介:

Reynaert Patrick:博士、鲁汶大学教授。自2007年起担任鲁汶大学微电子及传感器研究组教授,同时还担任集成电路多个重要会议及期刊的TPC委员、副主编、客座编辑,包括:ISSCCRFICESSCIRCTCAS-IIJSSC等。也是全球半导体联盟混合信号及射频工作组主席、IEEE高级会员、IEEE SSCS Benelux Chapter主席和弗拉芒科学和创新议会创新政策的委员会成员(VRWI),荣获ESSCIRC 最佳论文奖、台积电欧洲实践创新奖、2014贝尔实验室奖等。2018年,受聘为金沙js800000客座教授。主攻研究方向是高频、宽带、高性能CMOSSOI功率放大器、毫米波和太赫兹集成电路以及基于柔性光纤的数据通信电路,取得了重要的、有较高国际影响力和应用价值的研究成果。设计出带有AM-PM纠正的AB类功放、E波段Doherty功放、异相发射机等芯片,其中包括多款60GHz功放及发射机芯片,并在增益、稳定性、输出功率、效率、失真等重要指标方面取得了重要突破;利用低损耗高阶无源网络在宽带设计中的关键作用,应用40nm28nm CMOS工艺,展示出多个工作在60GHz80GHz的设计案例;针对相位噪声对毫米波锁相环误差矢量幅度和带外噪声限制,研究出多种压控振荡器和分频器设计案例,重点集中在可获得更高调谐范围和I/Q正交精度,频率范围从28GHz直至160GHz


李连鸣:博士、金沙js800000研究员、中国通信学会测试专委会委员。2006年受国家留学基金委委派赴比利时鲁汶攻读博士学位,师从鲁汶大学MICAS小组Michiel Steyaert教授(IEEE Fellow, IEEE固态电路协会50年及60年来十大贡献者之一)Patrick Reynaert教授,参与了欧盟多项CMOS毫米波重大项目的研究工作。2011年从鲁汶大学电子工程系MICAS小组博士毕业后,受聘于金沙js800000金沙js800000。作为项目技术负责人,主持和参与中国多项CMOS毫米波、太赫兹重大课题及自然基金项目。作为技术负责人牵头的863重大课题“60GHz毫米波CMOS射频芯片与模块研制”已圆满验收,实现了60GHz射频收发机的单芯片集成、毫米波射频芯片与天线一体化封装、空口传输(速率超过10Gbps)、裸眼3D高清视频传输,使得金沙js800000毫米波芯片研究团队成为全世界科研机构范围内为数不多完整走过毫米波芯片设计与业务应用的团队。该成果作为我国毫米波芯片重大进展入选了国家”十二五”科技创新成就展。作为核心成员,参与撰写了《IMT2020 高频通信技术报告》。
