一、课程介绍(含教学目标、教学要求等)(300字以内)
《电子系统工程设计》课程主要通过具体的电子系统工程开发案例的介绍向学生灌输工程设计的基本理念和方法,它对学生未来参与到系统工程开发中起着指导作用,其主要内容有:电子系统工程设计的一般流程和方法、通信系统与芯片设计的相关案例等。特色在于基本理论阐述和实践介绍相结合,给学生呈现大量的设计案例,从而使学生形成电子系统工程设计的概念,进一步为专业硕士的工程开发能力打下良好的基础。

四、主讲教师简介:
(1)王志功,教授,博士生导师,1973至1981年先后在南京工学院(现金沙js800000)无线电工程系学习、任助教和攻读硕士; 1982年赴同济大学任教; 1984至1990年先后在德国波鸿鲁尔大学电子系进修和攻读博士; 1990至1997年先后在德国弗朗霍夫应用固体物理研究所做博士后和任客座研究员;1997年10月作为国务院归国定居专家回国工作, 受聘为金沙js800000无线电系教授, 博士生导师, 电路与系统学科带头人,领导建立了金沙js800000射频与光电集成电路研究所, 担任所长。
迄今为止已在国际和国家级重要会议和核心期刊上已发表论文500余篇;出版专著3部,译著6部和教科书10本,共发行10万余册;获得德国、中国和国际发明专利30项。受聘为复旦、大连理工等20多所中国大学以及加拿大Carleton大学和澳大利亚Edith Cowan大学兼职教授。
1998年获得“国家杰出青年科学基金”。1998-2004年担任国家863计划光电子主题专家组专家。2000年荣获教育部长江学者特聘教授。2001年以来担任教育部高等学校电子电气基础课程教学指导分委员会主任委员。2009年受聘为国务院学位委员会第六届学科评议组电子科学与技术组成员。2009年以来,担任全国工程教育专业认证委员会电气信息类专业工作组专家。2011年荣膺“中国侨联特聘专家”。2012年任电子学会理事。
(2)胡庆生,教授,博士生导师,1997年获得上海交通大学博士学位。1997-1999年在中国科技大学从事博士后研究,1999-2002年在中兴通讯从事网络产片的研发工作,主要参加了国家“863”重大专项“高速信息示范网”的“核心路由器”项目的研制,该核心路由器已成功走向市场,并且获得了国家科技进步二等奖。2002年-2003年在香港科技大学电子系和计算机系从事研究工作,是香港RGC项目“高性能网络交换系统”的主要参加者,研究设计了256256高速网络调度芯片。2003年起任教于金沙js800000金沙js800000,先后主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目和“十一五”国家“863”项目“高速并行光互连”的研究,并均已结题验收。还参与及主持了其他多项"863"项目和企业合作项目。获得多项中国发明专利,发表论文50多篇,有40多篇被EI收录。
(3)叶松,毕业于多伦多大学,师从C.Salama,K.Martine和J.Long教授,获微电子和通信双硕士学位。1990-1995年在国内从事保密通信工作, 负责国家机要保密通信系统及终端的研制, 1993年获党政机要一等奖。1994年完成了97香港驻军的通信设备的研制。1996-2005年在国外期间,曾多次负责美国、加拿大、日本国家级项目及重点项目,先后任职于OKI、Motorola、SPAR和Engim等公司,负责系统设计,芯片设计及测试,人员进度控制等工作。曾获得加拿大安省优秀科技研究奖。2001年参与加拿大卫星网络计划并主管射频部。2002年参加由美国国防部、Lockheed Martine和TRW共同实施的低轨道卫星AstroLink计划并负责射频芯片部分。同年受邀任美国IEEE ISCAS兼职评委。2003年在美国设计出世界首款多信道无线局域网芯片并量产。此外还负责过CDMA/AMPS/ TD-SCDMA/GSM/PHS手机芯片、雷达等芯片的研制和设计。目前在从事北斗导航芯片的研发。
2006年被南京市评为高层次留学人员;2007年被北京朝阳区评为企业创新型青年科技人才;2010年获“卫星导航定位优秀工程和产品 奖”;2011年入选江苏省双创人才(百人)计划。
叶松发表论文16篇,EI收录9篇,个人专利5项,研究生导师,教授职称(2012)。
(4)王俊峰,1992年金沙js800000生物医学工程本科毕业,1995年获清华大学硕士学位,1997年获美国麻省理工学院硕士学位,1999年获麻省理工学院博士学位,1999年至2001年在摩托罗拉公司任资深CAD研究工程师,2001至2002年在AMCC任资深设计工程师,2002年至2004年Entropic Communications Inc.任资深设计工程师、芯片架构师、项目经理,2004年至2005年在Amedia Networks Inc. 资深设计工程师、项目经理,2005年至2006年在Cygnus Communication, Inc.任资深工程师,2006年至2008年在Broadcom Corporation任无线通讯互联首席工程师,2008年至今任恒原微电子(上海)有限公司总裁和首席技术官,2012年开始任南京宇都通讯科技有限公司总经理,南京市“321”人才计划专家。

Course Introduction (including teaching goals and requirements):
In this course, students will be indoctrinated with the basic engineering design concepts and methods mainly through specific development cases of electronic systems. It plays a guiding role for students to participate in the future development of system engineering. Main contents include: the general flow and method of engineering design of electronic system, design cases of communication systems and integrated circuits and etc. The distinguishing feature is that the combination of basic theoretical explanations and the practical introductions presents a lot of design cases to the students, so that help students to develop electronic systems engineering design concepts, and to lay a good foundation of further development of the professional master's engineering capabilities.

Brief Introduction of Chief lecturer:
(1). Zhi-Gong Wang, is a professor and a doctor tutor. From 1977 to 1981, he worked on radio communication techniques and computer aided circuit designs in Nanjing Institute of Technology. During 1982-1984 he worked as a lecturer on semiconductor circuit techniques in Tongji-University, Shanghai. From 1985 to 1990, he worked on high-speed silicon bipolar circuit designs for multi-gigabit/s optic fiber communication in Ruhr-University Bochum. From Oct. 1990 to Sept. 1997, he has been with Fraunhofer-Institute of Applied Solid State Physics, Freiburg, Germany, working on high-speed GaAs ICs for optic-fiber data transmission and MMICs. Since Oct. 1997, he is full professor of Southeast University, Nanjing, China.
He is the author or co-author of 20 books and more than 400 SCI/EI-cited papers, and inventor of 30 patents.
Recently, he is involving in IC design for optic-fiber transmission systems, for RF wireless, microwave, and millimeter wave applications, and in micro-electronic systems for bio-medical applications.
He is Senior Member of IEEE since 1993, Chairman of the Advisory Committee of Electrical and Electronica Basic Courses of Chinese Universities.
He is Guest Professor of more than 20 universities of China, Canada, and Australian.
(2). Qing-Sheng Hu, is a professor and a doctor tutor. She received her PhD from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1997. From 1997 to 1999, she worked as a post-doctoral researcher in University of Science and Technology of China. From 1999 to 2002, she has been with ZTE Corporation, working on networking products.. From 2002 to 2003, she has been with Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and designed a 256x256 high speed network scheduling chip as the main participate of the RGC project “High Performance Network Switching System”. Since 2003, she works at School of Information Science and Engineering, Southeast University.
(3). Song Ye, graduated from University of Toronto, where he was an apprentice to Professor C. Salama, Professor K. Martineand Professor J. Long, formicroelectronics andcommunicationsdoubledegree. From 1990 to 1995, he worked on secure communication. From 1996 to 2005, he worked for OKI, Motorola, SPAR and Engim, and was in charge of several national projects of USA, Canada and Japan government. He is the author of 16 papers, and inventor of 5 patents. Since 2012, he gets a professor title and is a master’s supervisor.
(4). Jun-Feng Wang, received B.S degree in biomedical engineering from Southeast University in 1992, M.S degree from Tsinghua University in 1995 and from MIT in 1997, PhD from MIT in 1999. From 1999 to 2001, he was a senior research engineer of CAD in Motorola. From 2001 to 2002, he was a senior design engineer in AMCC. From 2002 to 2004, he was a senior design engineer, a chip architect and a project manager in Entropic Communications Inc. From 2004 to 2005, he was a senior design engineer, and a project manager in Amedia Networks Inc. From 2005 to 2006, he was a senior engineer in Cygnus Communication, Inc. From 2006 to 2008, he was a chief engineer of wireless internet communication in Broadcom Corporation. Since 2008, he is the president and CTO of Panovel Technology Corporation. Since 2012, he is the general manager of Yudutongxun.
