一、课程介绍(含教学目标、教学要求等)300字以内)

《模拟集成电路设计》课程的教学目标是为了给试图深入理解模拟集成电路设计的人员提供知识上的帮助,它不是电子学方面的入门课程但是却是一门基础课程,目的是初步理解并深入研究模拟集成电路设计。课程内容包括了模拟集成电路设计中所有的基本电路模块,包括基本组态放大器、运算放大器、滤波器,ADCDAC,以及一些RF电路模块。

课程一方面侧重于基础知识,对模拟和混合信号集成电路中的许多重要概念,以直观形象的语言进行了描述;同时又侧重介绍与现代集成电路工艺相关的最新电路的研究方向和热点。通过本课程的学习,使得学生在掌握集成电路设计基础知识的基础上,能够比较深入地理解与掌握模拟集成电路设计的相关知识。

四、主讲教师简介:

陈莹梅 1970年生,金沙js800000副教授,电路与系统专业博士,硕士研究生导师。1987年免试进入南京理工大学光电技术系学习,1991年获学士学位。分别于2003年和2007年在金沙js800000获得电路与系统专业工学硕士博士学位,研究方向为超高速光纤通信集成电路设计。2006年赴欧洲国际微电子中心(IMEC)、比利时鲁汶(Leuven)大学进修模拟集成电路高级设计。

目前研究内容涉及模拟IC设计、混合信号IC设计、射频与微波IC设计以及模拟集成电路设计过程中相关系列软件如SPICEADS以及Cadence版图设计软件的应用等承担的国家863计划项目有:《10-40Gb/s光收发关键器件芯片技术研究》、《10Gb/s 甚短距离并行光传输模块与实验系统》、《40Gb/s 甚短距离并行光互连技术与实验系统》等。已成功研制的芯片主要包括2.5Gb/s单片集成光接收机电路、5GHz振荡器电路、10GHz锁相环电路、100Gb/s分接器电路等。其中第一负责人研制的芯片《2.5Gb/s m CMOS工艺时钟数据再生与1:4分接单片集成电路》被省科技厅组织的专家组鉴定为具有国际先进水平。参与研制的《10Gb/sm0.25 甚短距离并行光传输模块与实验系统》被鉴定为具有国内先进水平。已出版的教材有:集成电路设计方面3本,射频电子线路方面1本。以第一发明人获得国家专利一项,在国际国内期刊与会议中发表论文十余篇,其中9篇为EI检索论文。讲授的课程有本科生课程《通信电子线路》、研究生课程《集成电路设计技术》,其中《集成电路设计技术》2006年被评为江苏省优秀研究生课程。

This Course “Analog integrated circuit design” must bring the knowledge to the analog designer, who wants to acquire insight in the operation of analog integrated circuits. It is not a first course in electronics but an essential one. It is aimed at understanding and insight. It contains Chapters on all elementary circuits blocks, including operational amplifiers and filters. Also it addresses ADC/ADC configurations and some RF circuit blocks.

It is hoped that this new slide format allows more efficiency in both studying and teaching of analog design.
