一、课程介绍(含教学目标、教学要求等)300字以内)

本课程为电子科学与技术一级学科的博士研究生而开设,同时面向硕士生和其他电路设计人员。课程将介绍集成电路设计所涉及的工艺,电路技术,设计方法,电子是路CAD工具,优化等基础技术,使学生对集成电路设计有一个较为全面的认识,掌握包括版图在内有集成电路设计方法,为从事模拟集成电路,模数混合集成电路和数字单元电路设计和为进一步学习VLSI设计奠定基础。

四、主讲教师简介:

王志功198112月自南京工学院无线电工程系获得工学硕士学位,19906月自德国波鸿鲁尔大学电子系以优秀成绩获工学博士学位; 199010月起赴德国弗朗霍夫协会所属的应用固体物理研究所做博士后; 199210月起在该研究所任客座研究员,从事以砷化镓工艺为主的超高速, 微波和毫米波集成电路, 光电集成电路设计。199710月作为国务院人事部归国定居专家回国工作, 受聘为金沙js800000无线电系教授, 博士生导师, 电路与系统学科带头人,领导建立了金沙js800000射频与光电集成电路研究所, 担任所长。迄今为止已在国际和国家级重要会议和核心期刊上发表了160多篇论文, 其中被SCIEIISTP收录60多篇次。已获得七项德国发明专利和三项国际发明专利。1998年五月被遴选为国家863计划光电子主题专家组第五届专家组专家。1998年获得“国家杰出青年科学基金”。2000年荣获教育部长江学者特聘教授。2001年再次被科技部遴选为国家“十五”863计划光电子主题专家组成员,并被教育部遴选为2001-2005年教育部高等学校电子信息与电气信息类基础课程教学指导分委员会主任委员。

陈莹梅,1970年生,金沙js800000(原无线电工程系)副教授,电路与系统专业博士,硕士研究生导师。1987年免试进入南京理工大学光电技术系学习,1991年获学士学位。分别于2003年和2007年在金沙js800000获得电路与系统专业工学硕士和博士学位。2006年赴欧洲国际微电子中心(IMEC)、比利时鲁汶(Leuven)大学进修模拟集成电路高级设计。研究方向为射频与超高速光纤通信集成电路设计。先后参加了“2.5Gb/s混合集成光发射机与光接收机芯片及模块关键技术”、“10Gb/s混合集成光发射机与光接收机芯片及模块关键技术”等多项国家863计划项目,在国际国内学术刊物上发表论文多篇,讲授的课程有:《集成电路设计》和《通信电子线路》。

This course is oriented mainly for the PhD-candidate of the 1st-level discipline of Electronic Science and Engineering, but also suitable for post-graduates and other engineers of IC design. Following contents are included: Technologies of different IC types, circuit design techniques, CAD and EDA techniques, IC measurement, IC packaging, and so on. The aim is to make students to have basic knowledge about the design of analog, digital, mixed-signal and VLSI circuits.

  1. Brief Introduction of Chief lecturer:

Prof. Dr. Zhi-Gong Wang was born in Henan, China, on May 6, 1954. He received the M.-Eng. degree in radio engineering from Nanjing Institute of Technology (now, Southeast University), Nanjing, China, in 1981, and the Dr.-Ing. degree in electronic engineering from Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany, in 1990.

From 1977 to 1981, he worked on radio communication techniques and computer aided circuit designs in Nanjing Institute of Technology. During 1982-1984 he worked as a lecturer on semiconductor circuit techniques in Tongji-University, Shanghai. From 1985 to 1990, he worked on high-speed silicon bipolar circuit designs for multigigabit/s optic fiber communication in Ruhr-University Bochum. From Oct. 1990 to Sept. 1997, he has been with Fraunhofer-Institute of Applied Solid State Physics, Freiburg, Germany, working on high-speed GaAs circuit designs. Since Oct. 1997, he is professor of Southeast University, Nanjing, China.

He is the author or co-author of 160 papers and inventor of 10 patents. Recently, he is involving in IC design for 155 Mb/s to 40 Gb/s optical digital transmission systems, for wireless applications and microwave systems.

He is Senior Member of Chinese Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineer and IEEE, the member of the Expert Group of Opto-Electronic Materials and Devices of the National High-tech-Plan (863-Plan), the Chairman of the Advisory Committee of Electrical and Electronic Basic Courses of Chinese Universities.
